The Bamileke Hat,  African traditional hats is part of the Cameroonian national Outfit. For example, These kind of hat is worn by the Cameroonian team at the opening ceremonies of the Olympics ( see pic)  

The Bamileke Hat is worn strictly by Tittle holders in those days, but today as long as you can afford the hat you can wear it.

At the bottom, some hats are red/black and other are white/black
