Shipping Information

Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on UTD are delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces. Express delivery is available for all destinations and Standard delivery is available in some countries. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout. For those last minute purchases, Same Day delivery and 24 Hours delivery are offered in selected cities.

Depending on your location, we also offer a Flat Shipping Fee for orders above the following thresholds:

This means you can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times:

Express Shipping for most of Europe and the USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.

Standard Service for selected countries: delivery within 2-6 days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. UTD cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

Our orders can be delivered by DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

DUTIES & TAXES
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

European Union, The United Kingdom, USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon, Hong Kong SAR, The Canary Islands and Bahrain.

If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at the final stage of checkout.

If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the countries listed above), the price you pay to UTD will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

SHIPPING TO USA

Items being shipped to the USA will have tax added at the final stage of checkout.

For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the UTD partner for a refund.

Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer a Same Day delivery service in the following cities when you order from a participating UTD partners in that city: Berlin, London, Manchester, Paris, Hong Kong SAR, Shanghai, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Seattle, Milan, Rome, Barcelona and Madrid.

When browsing our site, you can select ‘Same Day Delivery To’ shown on the left category list. This will filter all the items that are available for Same Day delivery, so you’ll be able to shop only the styles that can be delivered that day.

If Same Day delivery is possible for your post code, this option will also show at checkout after you enter your shipping address. The Same Day delivery cost varies from city to city and will be visible on the Shipping page before completing your order. For details on which postcodes may be eligible for Same Day delivery, please see below.

As we require a signature for all orders, delivery to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are unavailable at this time.

Shipping Times

Place your order by 11 am local time and your UTD purchase will be with you by 7pm that same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 11 am local time will be delivered the following business day.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you would like to make changes to your order or the arranged delivery time, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.

If you miss a delivery, we will be in touch with you to arrange another suitable delivery date. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll return your order to the UTD partner for a refund.

We can attempt to cancel your purchase if you change your mind, however as Same Day orders are prioritized, cancellations for these orders are not always possible. You can instead return your order for a refund via our free and easy returns service.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant UTD partner will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your UTD account.

If you order from multiple UTD partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

Changed your mind? Some of our Partners allow you to cancel an item before we prepare your order.

To cancel your order:

Go to ‘Orders & Returns’ if you have an account, or click here if you placed an order as a guest.

Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.

We’ll email you a confirmation of your canceled order.

If your order has already been prepared, we can’t cancel your order — but we do offer a Free Returns service. You can find more info on canceling and returning orders in our Return & Refunds Policy.

Our new service offers you the unique opportunity to shop at UTD and receive delivery within 24 hours. Once an 24H  order is placed, it’s then carefully prepared in store by the UTD team and hand-delivered by a luxury UTD courier, wrapped in our exclusive UTD packaging.

Store to Door in 24 hours is currently offered from selected UTD partners and boutique partners in Berlin, Dubai, Hong Kong, LA, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, Paris and São Paulo. If 24H  is available for your location, you will be presented with the option while you shop. This premium service is available Monday to Friday, between 8am and 7pm. Please note times may vary between partners. Rest assured: partner-specific information is available at checkout.

If you decide your purchase isn’t quite right, we also offer a complimentary return service. Simply call +237 677629202 and our Customer Service team will arrange a 2 hour collection window for the next working day. They are available Monday to Friday 8am-11pm EST and Saturday to Sunday 9am-9pm EST.
